What is included on a Relaxation for Living Course?
A Course consists of 4 weekly 90 minute sessions, plus practice and exercises between classes. Written material is provided along with a lending library, and books and CDs are for sale during the course. The Course is taught in an inter-active learning style, with activities and discussions. The number of people per class is kept small (maximum 4) to enable times of personal contemplation as well as the opportunity for small group discussions when appropriate and agreeable.
