What is stress?
A small amount of stress in our lives is necessary to make us get out of bed in the morning, meet the challenge of a testing situation, and give us the drive to meet timelines, but too much stress too often can have devastating effects on our lives.
Taking time out, using physiological exercises and relaxation enables the brain to break the cycle of stress hormones allowing the body and mind to relax.  This can be as simple as taking 30 seconds to imagine you are at a relaxing place, like when you were on holiday.

During 2008 Jenny trained with the Relaxation for Living Institute and taught courses in 2009 to help people learn how to relax.

Later in 2011 Jenny will be running courses again (after having a baby) so please get in touch for more information.

Other ways to relax are by having an Advanced Indian Head Massage
Or by taking Homeopathy to sort out the cause of the stress.  This works by changing the way people see life and how they react to stress.
Listen to a CD to guide you through relaxation and meditations such as the CD Jenny recorded with a colleague in November 2009.
