What is stress?
A small amount of stress in our lives is necessary to make us get out of bed in the morning, meet the challenge of a testing situation, and give us the drive to meet timelines, but too much stress too often can have devastating effects on our lives.
Taking time out, using physiological exercises and relaxation enables the brain to break the cycle of stress hormones allowing the body and mind to relax.  This can be as simple as taking 30 seconds to imagine you are at a relaxing place, like when you were on holiday.

Would you benefit from a Relaxation Course?
If you have got no energy, have tense muscles, are restless, can't concentrate, don't sleep well, have a mind full of thoughts, then a Stress Management & Relaxation Course should help you. Unfortunately in our society today, millions of people suffer every day from the unpleasant symptoms associated with stress and anxiety without realising that taking time to relax the body and mind properly could be the solution.

What can you learn on a Relaxation Course?
The best way to de-stress is to learn to relax and take control of your life. These are the aims of the Relaxation for Living Courses, and the methods used have been tried and trusted for more than 35 years.
Learning about the importance of the following can greatly reduce stress, worry and anxiety:
• posture and breathing
• releasing muscle tension
• how to deal with stressors, and the situations and emotions they create
• letting go of negative thoughts and adapting your way of thinking

Other ways to relax are by having an Advanced Indian Head Massage
Or by taking Homeopathy to sort out the cause of the stress.  This works by changing the way people see life and how they react to stress.
